International Nightlife and Entertainment LLC, doing business as INL operates joininl.com and related services for discovering, creating, promoting, ticketing, managing, and attending events and experiences.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to users, attendees, organizers, and partners.

Information we collect

We collect information that people provide directly, information generated when the platform is used, and information needed to process tickets, support requests, organizer activity, and event operations.

  • Account and profile details such as name, email address, login details, role, organizer profile information, and communication preferences.
  • Event, ticket, and order information such as event selections, ticket type, order number, price, purchase status, refund status, check-in status, attendee names, guest details, and event-specific form responses.
  • Organizer and venue information such as event listings, business or organizer details, payout or verification status, venue details, policies, event images, descriptions, and operational communications.
  • Support and dispute information such as messages, screenshots, receipts, refund requests, chargeback details, safety reports, and communications with INL, organizers, venues, or service providers.
  • Device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, approximate location, cookies, analytics data, and security logs.

How we use information

We use information to operate the INL platform, provide event discovery and ticketing, support organizers, protect users, and comply with legal, payment, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

  • Create and manage accounts, organizer profiles, public event pages, ticket purchases, attendee lists, QR tickets, check-in, refunds, cancellations, payouts, and event communications.
  • Send transactional emails and messages such as confirmations, tickets, receipts, password reset emails, event updates, cancellation notices, refund updates, support replies, and security notices.
  • Review, investigate, and respond to refund requests, disputes, chargebacks, fraud reports, safety issues, policy violations, organizer questions, attendee support requests, and platform abuse.
  • Improve the platform, measure usage, troubleshoot bugs, personalize discovery, analyze event performance, maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms and Refund Policy.

Public event content

Published event, venue, city, category, organizer, image, description, schedule, pricing, availability, and policy details may be visible to public visitors so people can discover events and understand what is being offered.

Information shared with organizers

When someone registers for, RSVPs to, or buys a ticket to an event, we may share event-related information with the organizer so they can operate the event and provide attendee support.

  • This may include attendee name, email address, ticket type, order number, purchase status, refund status, check-in status, event-specific responses, accessibility or dietary details provided by the attendee, and communications related to the event.
  • Organizers are responsible for using attendee information lawfully, protecting it, and using it only for legitimate event, customer support, safety, refund, and operational purposes.

Service providers and partners

We may share information with service providers and partners who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, payout providers, hosting and database providers, email and notification providers, analytics tools, fraud prevention services, customer support tools, security providers, professional advisors, and other vendors working on our behalf.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. INL does not intentionally store full payment card numbers on its own servers. Payment processors may collect and process payment details, billing information, fraud signals, tax information, and dispute information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand platform usage, measure performance, protect the platform, and improve event discovery. Browser settings may allow users to limit or block some of these technologies, although parts of the platform may not work correctly without them.

Marketing and communications

We may send transactional or administrative communications that are necessary for the platform, including tickets, receipts, event updates, password reset emails, support responses, security notices, cancellation notices, and refund updates. Where permitted, we may also send marketing or event discovery communications. Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails, but may still receive transactional messages.

Legal, safety, and business disclosures

We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms and policies, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users, protect event safety, investigate disputes, respond to chargebacks, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or other business transaction.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the platform, provide services, maintain accurate transaction records, support organizers and attendees, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal and accounting obligations, enforce policies, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is kept.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential, using secure devices, and contacting INL promptly if they believe their account or ticket information has been compromised.

Children and age-restricted events

The platform is not intended for children under 13. Some events may have age restrictions, ID requirements, membership requirements, or other admission rules. Organizers and venues may request information needed to verify eligibility, safety, or compliance with event rules.

Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where a user lives, they may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or opt out of certain data uses. We may need to verify identity before responding, and some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or operational requirements.

Events, organizer pages, messages, and platform features may link to third-party websites, payment services, maps, venues, social platforms, or other services. INL is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and users should review those third-party policies.
