The rules for using INL to discover events, create experiences, sell or reserve tickets, manage attendees, and attend events.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

International Nightlife and Entertainment LLC, doing business as INL operates joininl.com and related services for event discovery, event creation, ticketing, attendee management, organizer tools, and event communications.

By using INL, creating an account, publishing an event, RSVPing, buying a ticket, or attending an event through the platform, users agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here, including the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

INL's role

INL provides a technology platform that helps people discover events and helps organizers create listings, sell or manage tickets, communicate with attendees, and operate check-in. Unless INL is expressly identified as the organizer of a specific event, INL is not the host, producer, promoter, venue, performer, security provider, caterer, transportation provider, or operator of that event.

Users, attendees, and organizers

A user is anyone who visits or uses the platform. An attendee is someone who RSVPs, registers, buys a ticket, or attends an event. An organizer is the person or entity that creates, publishes, manages, hosts, promotes, or operates an event through INL.

Accounts and registration

Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly update account details when needed. INL may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when we believe there is fraud, abuse, security risk, policy violation, payment risk, unlawful activity, or misuse of the platform.

Eligibility and age restrictions

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Some events may be limited to adults, 18+, 21+, members, invited guests, ticket holders with matching identification, or other eligible attendees. Attendees are responsible for reviewing event requirements before buying or reserving tickets. Failure to meet legal, venue, organizer, ID, age, dress code, security, or entry requirements may result in denied entry without a refund unless required by law or the event policy.

Ticket purchases and event details

Before purchasing or reserving a ticket, attendees should review the event title, date, time, location, age restrictions, ticket type, benefits, refund policy, organizer details, venue requirements, and total price shown at checkout where calculable. Ticket availability, prices, taxes, fees, and event details may vary by event and may change before purchase.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes

Refunds, cancellations, postponements, relocations, material changes, ticket rules, denied entry issues, and payment disputes are governed by the Refund Policy, any event-specific refund policy, applicable law, and the event communications sent to attendees. Event-specific policies apply unless the INL Refund Policy or applicable law gives the attendee greater protection.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for the events they create, publish, promote, manage, host, or operate. Organizers must have the authority to list the event and must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, payment processor rules, safety obligations, tax requirements, permits, licenses, insurance obligations, accessibility requirements, and public health or security requirements.

  • Publish accurate event titles, descriptions, schedules, locations, ticket types, pricing, capacity, age restrictions, entry requirements, refund policies, images, and organizer information.
  • Honor the refund policy and event details that were shown to attendees at the time of purchase.
  • Avoid retroactively restricting refunds, ticket benefits, entry requirements, or event access in a way that materially harms attendees.
  • Respond to attendee support and refund requests in a timely way, including the response timeline described in the Refund Policy.
  • Notify attendees and INL promptly about cancellations, postponements, relocations, material changes, safety issues, capacity issues, or event delivery problems.
  • Maintain enough funds to cover refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fees, taxes, and other amounts connected to the event.
  • Use attendee data only for legitimate event, support, safety, refund, and operational purposes, and protect attendee information from unauthorized use or disclosure.

Organizer content and event listings

Organizers are responsible for the content they submit, including event names, descriptions, images, videos, logos, trademarks, venue information, lineup information, policies, pricing, and other materials. By submitting content, organizers confirm they have the rights and permissions needed to use it and give INL permission to display, distribute, promote, and use that content for operating and marketing the platform and the event.

Attendee conduct

Attendees must follow all laws, venue rules, organizer rules, safety instructions, check-in instructions, age and ID requirements, ticket limits, and platform policies. Harassment, violence, threats, discrimination, illegal activity, unsafe conduct, intoxication, disruption, fraud, ticket misuse, or abuse of staff, organizers, venues, performers, or other attendees may result in denied entry, removal from the event, cancellation of tickets, account restrictions, or other action without refund where permitted by law.

Tickets, check-in, and QR codes

A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed on the ticket, subject to event rules, venue rules, legal requirements, and platform policies. QR codes, ticket links, and confirmations should be kept secure. The first valid scan may be accepted for entry, and INL is not responsible if an attendee shares a QR code, screenshot, or ticket link and someone else uses it first. Unauthorized copying, resale, transfer, manipulation, or use of tickets may lead to cancellation without refund where permitted by law.

Payments, fees, and payouts

Payments and payouts may be processed by third-party payment providers. INL may charge platform fees, service fees, organizer fees, payment processing fees, taxes, or other amounts shown before purchase where required. Organizer payouts may be subject to verification, risk review, processor timing, refund obligations, chargebacks, disputes, fraud review, tax requirements, and account status. INL may pause, delay, withhold, offset, or recover amounts when needed to handle refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, platform risk, legal obligations, or policy violations.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Users should contact the organizer and INL before filing a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, INL may provide order records, ticket records, event details, refund policies, communications, check-in data, fraud signals, and other relevant information to payment processors, banks, organizers, or service providers. Organizers may be responsible for chargebacks, dispute fees, penalties, refunds, or losses connected to their events except to the extent caused solely by INL.

Prohibited uses

Users may not use INL to break the law, commit fraud, abuse refunds or chargebacks, scrape or harvest data, interfere with platform security, impersonate others, upload infringing or misleading content, publish unlawful or unsafe events, spam users, bypass ticket limits, manipulate check-in, resell tickets without authorization, or use the platform in a way that harms INL, users, organizers, venues, payment providers, or the public.

Privacy and attendee data

INL handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Organizers who receive attendee information through INL must use it only for legitimate event, support, safety, refund, and operational purposes, must protect it appropriately, and must not sell, misuse, spam, or disclose attendee information except as allowed by law and the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as payment processors, payout providers, maps, email providers, analytics services, venues, social platforms, and organizer websites. INL is not responsible for third-party services, and those services may have their own terms, policies, fees, and rules.

Platform availability

INL works to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, risk management, product changes, or other operational reasons.

Intellectual property

INL's name, brand, designs, software, content, and platform materials are owned by INL or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, distributed, reverse engineered, or used without permission except as allowed by these Terms. Users keep rights in content they submit, but grant INL the rights needed to operate, display, promote, and improve the platform and related events.

Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, INL disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not responsible for organizer event delivery, venue operations, performer availability, attendee conduct, third-party services, travel costs, lodging costs, parking, weather, or other costs or issues outside INL's control. INL's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

Users and organizers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold INL harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the platform, events they organize, content they submit, violation of these Terms, violation of law, attendee or organizer disputes, payment disputes, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused solely by INL.

Disputes and contact

Before starting a formal dispute, users agree to contact INL so the issue can be reviewed informally. Questions about these Terms, tickets, organizers, refunds, event issues, or platform support can be sent to support@joininl.com or submitted through /contact.
